IS THC-P LEGAL?
THC-P is fully federally legal and legal in most states.
Since products contain only THC-P made from 100% Hemp extract, companies are able to fully legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States.
Thanks to the H.R.2 – Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, ratified and signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and thus is legal for all intents and purposes under federal law.
Now, the other question we also ask is:
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COMMON CBD AND THC-P? WHICH ONE SHOULD I BUY?
The difference in CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC-P (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is that CBD doesn’t carry the psychoactive effects that THC-P does. CBD can be used for numerous health reasons but it will never give the consumer the psychoactive effects that THC-P and Delta 8 would provide. THC-P carries most, if not all benefits of CBD, but also introduces the “high” euphoric feeling which can be hugely beneficial for many users.
BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT OUR PRODUCTS HAVE THC O + TCH P?
THC-P products are about 10 times as psychoactive as delta 9 THC, making it the strongest intoxicating cannabinoid that we know of so far. Like THC-O, its high seems to promise phenomenal levels of euphoria.
THC-O is thought to be three times as strong as conventional (Delta 9) THC because it is not activated until your body metabolizes it. The body can absorb it more efficiently.
So, THC-O might take slightly longer for you to feel the effects, but when that time comes, it hits like a freight train!
THC-P is similar to THC-O in that it is a much more potent version of conventional THC. For this reason, most products THC-P content is relatively low. In other words, THC-P is a little cannabinoid multiplier or power-up.
Also, THC-O is a synthetic analog and pro-drug of delta-9 and does not occur naturally in cannabis. Under laboratory conditions, it’s often chemically synthesized from delta-9 or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA). THC-O causes a euphoric high with significant hallucinogenic effects in high doses.
In contrast, THCP is a natural cannabinoid and is present in specific cannabis cultivars and does not cause hallucinogenic effects like THC-O.
Consuming THC-O and THCP separately or together is not recommended for beginners unaccustomed to cannabis or intoxicating highs. Delta-8 is a safer, more enjoyable option. Then you can try our THC flavors.
